Folks; I am working with the OpenSSL CA function. After much experimentation; it appears that I must write a unique tailored .cfg file for each cert that I generate (I am trying to get PKIX, with multiple emails in the subjectAltName attribute and such). Since I am creating a new .cfg, is there a syntax that takes the DN fields as literal assignments in the .cfg rather than interacting with STDIN for them? Yes; I could create a text file for file redirection of input, but that is a bit of a kludge.
