I just wanted to know if i connect to hotmail using

I just want to repeat all the prcedures..like
Client Hello, than Server Hello, than Server Certificate is
shown...etcetc..
I just wanted to know whether is it possible to do above using
Openssl Routines????
The server in my case would be a machine, hosting my web
page..(The client and server set up is local)
