I am attempting to install the OpenSSL 0.9.7 on a Windows 2000 server. When I try to run the mingw32a.mak file, I get this error. I don't see any clues here as to what file it is looking for or why it can't find it. Could it be a problem with the mingw32 or Perl installation ?
