The who command is disabled but it looks like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> has a spam filter applied that requires a user
to respond with a code in order to send mail to rangeos.  I receive 
this request every time I post to this list. If my interpretation is
correct, then rangeos is as annoying as the spammers he's trying to 
stop.
