Hello
I have Redhat 9, it has installed openssl-0.9.7a, but
for testing OpenTSA

I have to install openssl again with a patch. Then I
installed

openssl-0.9.7c with the opentsa patch, then for
configuring opentsa I

have to create a certificate including the
TimeStamping extended key

usage X.509v3 extension for the TSA. I'm trying to do
that using this

command:

openssl x509 -req -signkey req.pem -extfile

/usr/local/openssl/openssl.cnf -CA

/usr/local/OpenCA/var/crypto/cacerts/cacert.pem -CAkey
/usr/local/OpenCA/var/crypto/keys/cakey.pem
-CAcreateserial

Is this ok? The question is because after entering the
command it doesn't

give me an output it seems to be waitting for
something, i can write in

the console whatever I want but after pressing enter y
makes a carriage

return and a new line and nothing more happens. What
is it?

Thanks a lot,
Johnny
