Time Stamping in OpenSSL

Hi All, I am new to OpenSSL toolkit and want to know that does it provide facility of TimeStamping according to rfc3161, I have seen Opentsa.org, I need to be sure of that the patch from OpenTSA works as I am expecting (that I can do time stamping according to rfc3161), moreover it would be better if I can get some general information about how to compile it for windows and SUSE Linux.   Regards   Muhammad Aftab Alam
