Hello Mailinglist,
I have written an library that uses libeay32MD.lib (my library uses the
Multithreaded DLL runtime)
But one of our customers uses the Visual Studio 6. So I build a VS6 demo
application to show how to handle my lib. Now I get this errors:
libeay32MD.lib(b_print.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __ftol2
libeay32MD.lib(b_print.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
__aulldvrm
I can fix the first linker problem with this lines:
extern "C" long _ftol( double );
extern "C" long _ftol2( double dblSource ) {
return _ftol(dblSource);
// Hack from http://www.manusoft.com/Resources/ARXTips/Main.stm
}
But how can I get aulldvrm()? Some Forum entries say you have to link with
d3dx9.lib from the "DirectX 9.0 SDK Update (Summer 2004)", but it doesnt remove
the problem.
On this site is written that aulldiv() doese the same as aulldvrm():
http://www.osronline.com/showThread.cfm?link=45289
This hack can be compiled, but I dont know if it doese the same as ulldvrm().
http://www.jbox.dk/sanos/source/lib/ulldvrm.asm.html
extern "C" long _aulldiv(unsigned long, unsigned long);
extern "C" long _aulldvrm(unsigned long divisor, unsigned long dividend) {
return _aulldiv(divisor, dividend); //
}
Can someone give me hint what I can do to compile my demo application with VS6
and libeay32MD.lib?
Regards
