Hi OpenSSL folks,

Jan Pechanec from Sun used to provide a patch for OpenSSL to allow us to
compile with the Solaris pkcs11 crypto libraries. This disappeared with
Oracle's consumption of Sun. It seems that the crypto co-processing features of
the Sparc T-series is continuing, but not the open-source support. They're
simply patching the old SFW 0.9.7d version provided with the OS.

What's the right way to go about compiling full Solaris Crypto pkcs11 support
in OpenSSL? Is a patch like Jan's necessary? If so, where do I start learning
about the proper way to patch more recent releases correctly?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards,

Ryan
