Issue with recursive mutex lock in openssl-1.1.1d

Hi team,

I am upgrading to openssl-1.1.1d in vxworks6.9. In DKM mode vxworks6.9 do
not have recursive mutex support. My environment is multitasking so is there
any alternative for this issue?
