That should be fixed by https://review.openstack.org/49006 + new
quantumclient release, thanks Matt!

Adam, Thierry - given that stable/grizzly is still blocked by this, I
suppose we should delay 2013.1.4 freeze (was planned this Thursday)
until stable/grizzly is back in shape?
