Peter - We discussed better use of transactions in irc, but I don't think anyone has had a chance to look at it. This would be a very useful thing to have someone look at. I'm fine with holding off on the oslo.db sessions work until we're sure the code is correct w/r/t multi-processing so that tempest is going to pass consistently.
