I agree that it would be better to hold it on a channel with a bot which keeps logs.
I just found that most convenient slots are already taken on both openstack-meeting and openstack-meeting-alt. 14-00 UTC is convenient for me so I'd like to hear other opinions. Thanks, Eugene.
