Hi, Yes, it's briefly covered here: http://docs.openstack.org/network-admin/admin/content/install_neutron-lbaas-agent.html So basically you install lbaas agents on network controllers or compute nodes (not VMs!). Upon startup those agents register themselves in neutron and become available for handling requests for lbaas resources creation. Of course haproxy should be installed on the nodes with lbaas agents.
