Hello, The Infra and QA teams will be having two sessions in the "projector" rooms at the PTG to go over debugging of test job failures. Current plan is to run a session on Tuesday for the Monday/Tuesday crowd and another on Thursday for the Wednesday/Thursday/Friday crowd. Both sessions are at 1:30pm in Macon on their respective days.
The current rough plan I have for the sessions is to talk about what we log and how to read the logs. Go through some recent failures and how they were diagnosed, then hopefully tackle one or two of the currently uncategorized entries in elastic-recheck. If you have an interest in learning more about how to debug test job failures it would be great to see you there.
