Kendall,
Thanks for getting the topics associated with the videos and everything
organized. It is appreciated.
For the next meeting I would like to make sure we come up with a
standard naming scheme for the videos so that it is clear what videos go
together. I think we did pretty well for the PTG but haven't always
done a good job of that. I am thinking we should maybe standardize
around <Release> - Cinder PTG - Day X, Part Y . Thinking having the
release name at the beginning just might make the videos easier to keep
organized.
How we will want to do things for the summit, I guess will depend on
what the sessions are like there. <Release> - Cinder Forum - Day X,
Party Y maybe?
Thoughts?

Thanks Sean & Jay!
And for those of you that weren't able to make it to the PTG or if
there was a conversation you couldn't make it to, here is the Cinder
youtube channel with all of our discussions from the first two days
[1], nova discussion included. I added topics to the descriptions of
the videos so its easier to see what we discussed in each video.
Special thanks to Walt for setting up the streaming :)

Jay Bryant (jungleboyj) did a great job during the PTG of capturing
notes and action items from our discussions. One of the items
discussed
was around improving capturing these details and making them easier to
find months and years down the road when we've all forgotten.
Basically
a way to avoid the usual statement of "Didn't we discuss this in
$CITY".
As part of that, in addition to keeping our etherpads with all the
notes, we have started a section on the Cinder wiki to make this info
easy to find, with links to specific PTG and Forum notes from each
event [1].
Thanks Jay for setting this up.
