I agree, this does seem like a fairly reasonable, limited impact change, it looks like we'd be adding the block to 4.5.1, when 4.5.2 hits UC.txt doesn't mater as much (unless it has something that NEEDS to be in pike, in which case we should probably be updating the minimum in GR.txt as well). I'm fine with this if it's just the block and possibly the UC update as well.
