Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know that since phase R-2 is ending we are going to be fully unlocking upper-constraints.txt in master. This means normal (non-freeze) operations can go forward in master (queens). If you have any questions feel free to bug in in the #openstack-requirements channel.
