Is this a known issue in NEWTON ?
i.e. it does NOT appear that murano client uses the http_proxy environment
variable defined in /etc/environment
e.g. murano package-import <URL>
will NOT work behind a proxy server, even if http_proxy is
defined in /etc/environment
Is this fixed in OCATA or PIKE ?
