We had a release job failure for python-heatclient. See below for details. This appears to be from the fact that this repo is configured with the release-notes-job [1], and it does have a couple of notes, but the release note infrastructure has not been set up for the repo.
This is safe to ignore - there just won't be any published release notes for the project. But either the release note set up needs to be completed in the repo, or the release-notes-jobs template needs to be removed for the repo so we don't get errors going forward. If set up is completed, the next release will get the release notes published.
