After looking at the logs from this failed job, it looks like the release itself was successful but the branch was not created properly (the job timed out before that step). I have run the script to create the branch by hand, so the patches submitted as part of the process came from me instead of the bot. Please treat them as automatically bot-generated patches anyway and take them over and fix them if they have problems (that usually only applies to the sphinx update for reno, but keep an eye on all of them just in case).
