Hi I'd like to propose Dmitrii Shcherbakov to join the launchpad "OpenStack Charmers" team. He's done some tremendous work on existing the charms, has developed some new ones, and has really developed his understanding of configuring and implementing OpenStack. I think he'd make a great addition to the team.
