Bugs

No RC potential notification bug is tracked.
No new bug since last week.
Features
--------
We hit FeatureFreeze. Every tracked bp is merged before FF except
verioned notification transformation. That will be re-proposed to Stein
to finish up the remaining 7 workitem that is left on the board
