http://status.openstack.org/elastic-recheck/data/integrated_gate.html is a good place to start. That shows you a list of tests that failed in the OpenStack Integrated gate that elastic-recheck could not identify the failure for including those for several functional jobs. If you'd like to start looking at identified bugs first then http://status.openstack.org/elastic-recheck/gate.html shows identified failures that happened in the gate.
