Yeh, the initial look at Tempest failures wasn't terrible once I fixed a
ceilometer issue. However something is definitely different on delete
semantics, enough to make us fail a bunch of Nova Tempest tests.
That seems dangerous to address during freeze.
I consider this something which should be dealt with in Juno 1 though,
as I'm very interested in whether the new optimizer in sqla 0.9 helps us
on performance.
