Shiva, Can u tell what exactly u r trying to change in /opt/stack/ ? My guess is that u might be running into stack.sh re-pulling the sources hence overriding ur changes ? Try with OFFLINE=True in localrc (create a localrc file in /opt/stack/ and put OFFLINE=True) and redo stack.sh
