I already packaged python-django-angular for Fedora (and EPEL), it's just waiting for review [1]. >From a distro standpoint, every dependency needs to be packaged, and this is not limited to Horizon dependencies as well. On the other side, we don't break each time, when someone releases a new setuptools or keystoneclient to pypi.
