I did cherry-pick for "https://bugs.launchpad.net/ceilometer/+bug/1326250"; and executed git review (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/112806/). In review phase I got the error message from Jenkins. The reason of the error is happybase-0.8 (latest one) uses "execfile" function and the usage of the function is removed from python.
