Following feedback on the mailing-list and at the cross-project meeting,
there is growing consensus that shifting one week to the right would be
better. It makes for a short L cycle, but avoids losing 3 weeks between
Kilo release and L design summit. That gives:
Kilo Design Summit: Nov 4-7
Kilo-1 milestone: Dec 18
Kilo-2 milestone: Feb 5
Kilo-3 milestone, feature freeze: Mar 19
2015.1 ("Kilo") release: Apr 30
L Design Summit: May 18-22
