I'd prefer to go with 1400 UTC unless there's a majority for 1500UTC.

P.S. It's my feeling that ML announcements and conversations are not
effective when taking poll from wider audience so we'd discuss this a bit
more in the next meeting and merge the votes.

I have no problem with that. I'm +1 on a consistent time, but don't mind
