The VPNaaS APIs have been unchanged for over a year and were last marked as "experimental". Bug 1433561 is restoring the VPNaaS API reference documentation (was lost in a site update). As part of the review [1], there was some discussion about the experimental status, and so the status was changed to CURRENT.
