With recent introduction of programmatic annotations in requirements [1], projects need to upgrade their version of pbr to work nicely with such annotations. Solum's devstack gate is currently failing [2] because the version of pbr in python-mistralclient is incompatible with what is required to support programmatic annotations. Robert Collins (a.k.a. lifeless) was kind enough to help us diagnose this issue [3] and has submitted a patch to fix requirements in the python-mistralclient [4]. We would really appreciate it if you can help getting this patch merged.
