All, Stan has been an active developer on Anchor for a long time, he wrote much of the second iteration code before taking a break and travelling the world.
He's back now and contributing large amounts of code to the project as well as carrying out multiple reviews and I think it's only fair that he takes his place as a core-reviewer. -Rob
