Hello everybody,

Just a reminder about the mid-cycle next week.  If you haven’t already, please 
add your name to the list[0] of people coming so we have a final head count on 
ordering morning / afternoon snacks. If your name is on the list and you aren’t 
coming, please remove it or indicate that you’d try to attend remotely. We’ll 
try to have webex or something via a laptop, which hopefully will be better 
than nothing.

The mid-cycle is intended to be a lot of pairing up sessions on priorities 
established at the summit [2]. However, if you have specific topics to discuss, 
just add them somewhere on the agenda list[0] so they are tracked and we can 
cover them. The times for sessions on the agenda likely won’t be followed too 
closely as small group break outs happen.

For Tuesday evening, if anybody is interested we might do a short hike in the 
nearby foothills before dinner. If so, bring some comfortable walking shoes.
