As exciting as these emails are, I find them a bit unexciting. They don't
give me any context to let me know whether this was a one-off or if
something has been broken for a while.

Long term, having a dashboard (see https://review.openstack.org/#/c/192253/
for the spec) will help us get better visibility into what these jobs are
doing.

But purely to scratch my own itch to get a better handle on what's
happening right now, I grabbed some code Derek H has been using for a
dashboard for the TripleO jobs and bashed at it a bit to make it a bit more
generic. I've put the reports up at http://bruce.jamezpolley.com/reports/

This is *not* a first draft of the dashboard described in the spec, nor a
prototype; it's purely something I pulled together to help me understand
what data we can already pull out of Jenkins to help show the history of
our jobs. But since I've got it online, I figured I may as well share it in
case it's useful to anyone else as well.

If you think having some kind of dashboard would be more useful than these
emails, please go check out that spec so that we can start to make progress
towards something useful.
