Hey Fuel folks, We have recently had some concerns around the librarian workflows and custom patches to upstream modules. I have updated the Fuel wiki[0] with additional information to try and clarify how librarian is used within fuel-library and what the rules are around the use of custom upstream patches.
Additionally, I have created a script[1] to be used as part of Fuel CI[2] to validate the Puppetfile based on the policies laid out on the wiki page. Please take some time to review the wiki and the script and provide feedback.
