        Hi,
stable/kilo is now frozen. I expect to do a release on Tuesday.
        If you
need to include something please let me know.

Looks like the 2015.1.2 tag is up and now we need to bump the
    version to 2015.1.3 in setup.cfg for the projects, I don't see a
series up for that yet but it's blocking anything from passing tests
    on stable/kilo now.

I've started these:

https://review.openstack.org/#/q/Ic97696684c8545068597b4f1efd9d3eb19294d93,n,z

But I'm wondering what to do with trove and the neutron-*aas projects since they don't have a 2015.1.2 tag, do we still set their pre-version in setup.cfg to 2015.1.3? That seems odd to me, but it's what we did for 2015.1.2.
