So this is pretty funny, since oslo-incubator was actually created exactly 3 years ago today. Three years ago we clearly stated that common code between OpenStack projects should ultimately become libraries and no longer be copy-pasted. It took us 3 years to get to the point where almost all the code has been graduated. Some would say it's a long time, but considering this is a cross-project, technical-debt-reduction effort that typically falls short of resources in a tragedy of the commons, I prefer to see it as a great achievement for us as a community.
