Now that we have Pika driver in master, i'd like to invite Dmitry to continue his work on all of Oslo.Messaging in addition to Pika. Clearly over time he will expand to other Oslo stuff (hopefully!). Let's please make add him to the Oslo-Messaging-Core in the meantime.
