Focus
-----

We have 1 more week before the final releases for non-client libraries
for this cycle, and 2 weeks before the final releases for client
libraries. Project teams should be focusing on wrapping up new
feature work in all libraries.

We have 2 more weeks before the Mitaka-3 milestone and overall
feature freeze.

Release Actions
---------------

We will be more strictly enforcing the library release freeze before
M3 in 2 weeks. Please review client libraries, integration libraries,
and any other libraries managed by your team and ensure that recent
changes have been released and the global requirements and constraints
lists are up to date with accurate minimum versions and exclusions.

Projects using the cycle-with-intermediary release model need to
produce intermediate releases, if you are going to have one this
cycle. See Thierry's email for details [1].

Liaisons should be familiar with the final release process, documented
in Thierry's email [1]. We have some time to respond to questions
before we get into the crush of actually preparing the release, so
please post follow-ups on the mailing list if you have them.

Review your stable/liberty branches for necessary releases and
submit patches to openstack/releases if you want them.
