Team, I'd like to promote Vincent Francoise to the core team. Vincent's done a great work on code reviewing and has proposed a lot of patchsets. He is currently the most active non-core reviewer on Watcher project, and today, he has a very good vision of Watcher.
I think he would make an excellent addition to the team. Please vote David TARDIVEL b<>COM
