There is a patch to governance, adding a list of I18n ATCs as extra-atcs. Please review and vote. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/281145/
One major contribution of I18n active contributors is to provide translations through http://translate.openstack.org. Since Liberty, active translators have been regarded as ATCs. There is no automatic method to grant translators ATC currently. So I have to refresh the i18n ATC list in governance repo, adding active contributors in the past 6 months.
Please support it. We need I18n ATCs both in the following PTL vote and Austin summit. Thank you for your time.
