No - I believe that Thierry was trying to say we've finished our
governance transition so that now we apply the new criteria when we add
projects to the Big Tent.
Right. My point was: initially there was a lot of catch-up to do, as a
lot of projects previously in Stackforge qualified under the new
criteria and had to apply and be processed. I think we are done with
that backlog now, and back to normal frequency of project additions.
