For the most part this shouldn't impact folks, as nothing in here should really be used outside of devstack. However some plugins might be impacted if they work off of variables that were not expected. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/301122/ - which makes changes to some of lib/neutron-legacy is the patch I would most expect to have that kind of side effects. If breaks happen, please let us know.
