Hi, I just want to let the community know that the versioned notification work we started in Mitaka is planned to be continued in Newton. The planned goals for Newton: * Transform the most important notification to the new format [1] * Help others to use the new framework adding new notifications [2], [3], [4] * Further help notification consumers by adding json schemas for the notifications [5]
I will be in Austin during the whole summit week to discuss these ideas. I will restart the notification subteam meeting [6] after the summit to have a weekly synchronization point. All this work is followed up on the etherpad [7].
