I am getting this now: 2016-04-15 01:33:02.412 | Waiting for Opendaylight to start via restconf/operational/network-topology:network-topology/topology/netvirt:1 ... 2016-04-15 01:43:02.430 | [Call Trace] 2016-04-15 01:43:02.432 | ./stack.sh:1158:run_phase 2016-04-15 01:43:02.432 | /home/stack/devstack/functions-common:1878:run_plugins 2016-04-15 01:43:02.443 | /home/stack/devstack/functions-common:1845:source 2016-04-15 01:43:02.443 | /opt/stack/networking-odl/devstack/plugin.sh:43:start_opendaylight 2016-04-15 01:43:02.443 | /opt/stack/networking-odl/devstack/entry_points:188:test_with_retry 2016-04-15 01:43:02.443 | /home/stack/devstack/functions-common:2293:die 2016-04-15 01:43:02.476 | [ERROR] /home/stack/devstack/functions-common:2293 Opendaylight did not start after 600 2016-04-15 01:43:03.516 | Error on exit
Should I install and start opendaylight myself, or is it something Tacker does in the background? If so, any ideas why am I getting this error? The sfc functionality is not in upstream Tacker yet. It is here: https://github.com/trozet/sfc-random/blob/master/local.conf#L2 Tim Rozet Red Hat SDN Team ----- Original Message ----- From: "Victor Mehmeri" <v...@fotonik.dtu.dk> To: openstack-dev@lists.openstack.org Sent: Wednesday, April 13, 2016 4:38:10 PM Subject: [openstack-dev] [Tacker] Invalid command sfc-create Hi all, I am trying to follow this walkthrough here: https://github.com/trozet/sfc-random/blob/master/tacker_sfc_walkthrough.txt But when I get to this point: tacker sfc-create --name mychain --chain testVNF1, I get the error: Invalid command u'sfc-create --name' ‘tacker help’ doesn’t even list any command related to sfc. My devstack local.conf file has this line: enable_plugin tacker https://git.openstack.org/openstack/tacker stable/liberty is the reason that I don’t have sfc-related commands that I am pointing to the liberty version? Should I point to master and rerun stack.sh?
