gate-manila-tempest-dsvm-glusterfs and gate-manila-tempest-dsvm-glusterfs-native gateway jobs end up UNSTABLE since a while, as one can observe at any recent change in https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/manila eg. https://review.openstack.org/302801 . The issue is that in the end some log files can't be scp-d off the test node with hitting EPERM. It must have been so before as well, just the latest infra update introduced a new Jenkins version which is less tolerant about the situation. In change https://review.openstack.org/302477/ of devstack-plugin-glusterfs I try to amend the post_test_hook of said jobs to chmod the affected log files into sanity.
