I'm far from the center of this but release:managed is on the way out ( https://review.openstack.org/#/c/335440/ ) So I think you're good as you are. I'm sure Doug will provide help in understanding what the release process looks like without release:managed. Especially WRT feature-freeze / RC periods. Yours Tony.
