Howdy, I would like to propose Gabriele (panda on IRC), for tripleo-quickstart core. He has worked on some pretty major features for the project (explicit teardown, devmode), and has a good understanding of the code base.
This will bring us to three dedicated core reviewers for tripleo-quickstart (myself and larsks being the other two), so I would also like to implement a 2x +2 policy at this time. Note, that all cores of TripleO are also cores on tripleo-quickstart, and should feel free to +2 changes as they are comfortable. If there are no objections, I will put in a change at the end of the week.
