There are still quite a few specs up for review in the newton directory
in the nova-specs repo. Those should be moved to the ocata directory if
you plan on pursuing those for the Ocata release (keeping in mind we're
not actively reviewing specs for Ocata - but that doesn't mean you can't
push up a spec to get early feedback from interested parties).
For those that don't move by August 4th are subject to being abandoned.
