A small heads up. If we have any gate jobs that use PXE instead of iPXE,
those won't work on Xenial with current Ironic devstack plugin due to
some packaging changes made in Ubuntu since about 15.04.

Thanks for bringing it! The last time I checked we did use PXE, but I'm
not sure it's the case still.
